Sway-A-Way’s high-performance truck torsion bars are designed for modified Excursions. Manufactured from 4340 alloy steel and engineered to provide a 16% increase in rate over stock. These torsion bars are perfect for eliminating hard bottoming when off-roading or towing heavy loads, improving vehicle handling, and providing a more consistent spring rate.Unique to Sway-A-Way’s 1760, 1762, 1763, 1765 and 1772 torsion bars, is the splined end. The bars maintain the hex end at the A-Arm side of the vehicle but replace the cam side with a new splined cam.
